Situated just 2 miles from the coastline, you will have a choice of spectacular beaches to choose from. Cwmtydu is the local beach, just a 5 minute drive through the woods from the property. With high cliffs either side it is a sheltered cove, and therefore popular with swimmers and canoeists looking for a quieter beach than the more popular beaches nearby. There’s plenty of parking space, toilet facilities and a small cafe for refreshments. The Wales Coast Path passes right through Cwmtydu joining Llangrannog to the South and New Quay to the North.

Even if the beach isn’t your thing, if you’re staying here during Summer, you have to head to one of these beaches or other nearby beaches; Penbryn or Tresaith.
